1. Immediate vehicle evaluation by a diagnostic technician
2. Identification of required parts and their availability
3. Communication within 2 hours of arrival at the dealership of diagnostic results, repair required and estimated repair time
4. A brief survey after the repair to assess customer satisfaction with the process.
